The PRO Delphi Tools Segmented Core Drill, 68 mm diameter, is designed for making holes in concrete, brick, and porcelain stoneware. Four Turbo-type diamond segments, attached using laser welding, ensure effective cutting and durability during installation and renovation work. The 68 mm diameter is ideal for preparing holes for electrical boxes, among other uses.

✅ Diameter 68 mm

The 68 mm diameter allows you to make holes with a dimension suitable for mounting standard electric cans. This size works well during installation, renovation and finishing works in concrete, brick and other building materials. Properly selected diameter allows for an even, repeatable hole and facilitates the subsequent embedding of installation elements.

✅ Cooling sponge - advantages:

• Cooling - when drilling in hard materials, the foraminifera heats up, which can lead to its faster wear or damage to the material being processed. A sponge soaked in water helps maintain the right temperature.
• Reduce friction - sponge water acts as a lubricant, which facilitates drilling.
• Collection of dust - a wet sponge partially binds the resulting dust, which reduces its spread.

How to use:

1. Soak the sponge
2. Place the sponge in the hole saw
3. Drill intermittently or with continuous cooling - during drilling, the sponge gradually gives off water, cooling the foraminifera. In the case of longer drilling, it is worth removing and wetting the sponge again from time to time.
