GL-PRO series meters are solutions based on modern 32-bit processors, thanks to which a fast and accurate measurement was obtained using a 12-bit converter.

The meters use an innovative design of the measuring probe, which allows point measurement on steel and galvanized steel sheets. The probe is spring-suspended, terminated so-called. ball and is placed on a cable with a length of approx. 95cm.

It is a solution used in the most expensive meters. It allows you to measure and stop it, so that we can move the meter away from the test surface and read the measurement. The HOLD function can be disabled from the MENU, then we have the ability to measure continuously.

From the MENU you can choose one of two languages: Polish or English.

It is especially useful when measuring with the HOLD function enabled. After the measurement, the meter informs us about this fact with a short beep.

Built-in memory 960 measurements allows you to freely view measurements after the measurement activities. Memory does not delete when the device is turned off or the battery is removed

2x R3 alkaline battery (AAA) "thin fingers".

Thanks to the use of modern design, this meter is very economical. Two so-called power supply is enough. "thin fingers" alkaline. The working time on such a battery reaches up to several hours of continuous operation.

There is a battery level indicator on the meter display. Thanks to the indicator, we will not be surprised by a discharged battery and we can replace it in advance.

The meter is operated from the main MENU, and navigation is done using a 2-button keyboard.

When the function is turned on, the meter signals with an LED about the condition of the flashing machine:

• the diode does not shine – the correct varnish;
• LED shines – second layer of varnish, putty or more layers of varnish.

It should be noted that the ASSISTANT function is only to help in the interpretation of measurements, it can not be the basis for an unambiguous answer to the question whether the car had tin and varnish repairs. Nevertheless, many people who evaluate cars do not really know what a given paint thickness means, which is why the above function is to help in this.
