Not everyone needs to know how to interpret the layers of paint in the car, so in addition to the numerical information about the thickness of the paint, the device also informs about the color of the screen and the sound:

1. ⭐ green display backlight and short signal sound - the meter suggests that the varnish is original ✅
2. ⭐ yellow display backlight and two short signal sound signals - the meter suggests that the substrate has been repainted ✅
3. ⭐ red display backlight and long signal sound - the meter suggests that the substrate has been putty or repeatedly painted ✅

The extremely useful HOLD function allows you to freeze the measurement until the next one is made or until the meter is turned off. It is useful when we want to record the result.

The meter has 16 modes thanks to which the user can choose which functions are most important to him.

The meter will turn off automatically after 180 seconds of inactivity.
