One serving - 5 g (2 scoops) should be poured into a dish with 150-200 ml of water or juice and mixed. Use depending on individual needs, no more than once a day, e.g. before training. Note – citrulline malate has strong hygroscopic properties (clumps). This is a natural feature. The product contains only small and necessary amounts of silica acting as an anti-caking agent, but this still does not exclude clumping. Clumping does not affect the product in any way, there are no chemical reactions and citrulline malate is still the same citrulline malate. Already the raw material is quite heavily clumped, so during production special grinders are used to bring it to a loose form, so that the packaging process can take place at all. The product begins to clump again after a few hours from this point on.
