Composition – capsules

Zinc Picolinate 125mg Magnesium Malate 125mg Cellulose Capsule HPMC.

No added fillers, dyes, preservatives or lubricants.

Method of use – capsules

Adults: 1 capsule twice a week with a meal.

Children and adolescents: 1 capsule twice a week with a meal.

The recommended portion (1 capsule) covers 250% RWS zinc and 5% RWS magnesium.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Zinc in excess is toxic!

Note – zinc should not be taken together with vitamin D and B12, iron, calcium and selenium (reduced absorption). The recommended interval is 2 hours.
