1. Router mode: This is the default mode of operation. If you want, use router mode to use routing functions such as firewall, DHCP, NAT and so on. The following figure shows an example in router mode.

2. Bridge Mode: Select this mode if you already have a router on your network. If you don’t have a router, you’ll need multiple IP addresses from your ISP for your customers.
