INVENTO EL 85 is a mobile adjustable column lift with a lifting capacity of 8,5 tons per column, which in a set of 4 columns gives a total of 51 tons!

The speakers are battery powered, and wireless communication between the speakers ensures high comfort and convenience of work!Additionally, they have an adjustable fork spacing and can be expanded at any time with additional speakers.

The INVENTO EL 85 adjustable column lifts are "mobile", i.e. they can be moved very easily on synthetic wheels using a hydraulic pallet mechanism with overload protection.

Specification:

• Designed for trucks, semi-trailers and machinery,
• Communication between the columns takes place wirelessly (cables are included for cable connection),
• A set of mobile columns made of high quality materials, with thick steel cross-sections, guaranteeing strength and stability,
• Expandable with more columns (up to 96 in total),
• Possibility to set different heights between pairs of columns, e.g. for lifting a tractor with a semi-trailer,
• Lifting with hydraulic pistons equipped with a safety valve located inside the cylinder to prevent accidental damage and overload,
• Electrohydraulic control system, ensuring alignment and synchronization of trolleys, controlled by a control panel with a color display on each column (control possible from any column included),
• The system is equipped with overload valves,
• Mechanical safety locks with electromagnetic automatic function,
• The control column has a large touch screen for setting the lifting parameters of the entire set, including the lifting height, the number of columns involved in a given operation. The screen visualizes the current situation and displays advice and messages about problems,
• Each of the columns is equipped with a set of 2 own high-capacity batteries, charged with 230V current, giving the entire system great autonomy (no wire connections between the columns).

• The lifts have a number of electrical protections m.in. informing about incorrect connection of columns and about the operation of the lift,
