The ATH-TWX7 from Audio-Technica is a completely wireless in-ear headphones that are designed to provide the user with high-quality, engaging and detailed sound and the ability to personalize the listening experience. The headphones support many practical solutions. Among them is m.in. Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC, from eng. Active Noise Cancelling), as well as Hear-through, Soundscape and Private Timer functions. The ATH-TWX7 is also splash-resistant (protection rating: IPX4). All this means that the headphones are perfect not only at home, but also in the field.

Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation

The wireless model of the Japanese manufacturer, like the ATH-TWX9 headphones, supports hybrid noise reduction function. It helps to eliminate unwanted sounds coming from the outside into the user’s ear and thus ensure crystal clear sound, even in noisy environments. The ANC function works on the basis of compact MEMS microphones (from eng. micromechanical system), supported by patented filter and effective noise reduction processor. If necessary, you can activate the Hear-through function, which allows you to stay in touch with your surroundings without having to remove your headphones. This way, you won’t miss any important messages.

Crystal clear connections

These MEMS microphones (one in each earbud) and beamforming technique make the recorded speech signal clear and crisp. If necessary – with the right button – you can also quickly and conveniently mute the microphone.

Efficient battery

Audio-Technica ATH-TWX7 is a True Wireless model with a built-in powerful lithium-ion battery. The headphones can work on a single full charge for up to 6,5 hours. (up to 7,5 hours) without starting ANC mode), and using a fully charged case for up to 20 hours in total. (with active noise cancellation enabled). The case can be charged by connecting it to power using the included USB cable or inductively (using an optional charger), as it is compatible with the Qi standard.

Practical functions

The headphones work with the Audio-Technica Connect app and are equipped with many useful features. One of them is Soundscape mode, which allows you to play relaxing and relaxing sounds, such as e.g. sounds of nature, which helps to calm down and facilitates meditation. A practical Private Timer is also available. This solution allows you to set notifications that only the headphone user will hear. Also noteworthy is the multi-pairing function. Thanks to it, if necessary, you can easily switch e.g. from laptop to smartphone and vice versa.

Engaging, precise sound

Audio-Technica engineers equipped the model with dynamic electroacoustic transducers with a diameter of 5,8 mm, which were perfect for the ATH-TWX9 model. They provide a wide frequency response that extends from 10 Hz to 47 kHz (using the LDAC codec – Lossless Digital Audio Codec and 96 kHz sampling rate and 24-bit resolution). This translates into a clear and rich in detail, detailed sound that will meet the expectations of many lovers of good sound. The headphones also support popular AAC and SBC codecs.

Comfort of listening

To ensure comfort of use, the manufacturer, in addition to the necessary wiring for charging the headphones, included two sets of in-ear inserts in four sizes (XS, S, M and L). Access to a variety of features that the ATH-TWX7 headphones are equipped with is provided by the Audio-Technica Connect application. With its use you can access m.in. to low latency mode, equalizer (EQ), as well as adjust the operation of individual buttons to the user's preferences.
