OROMED ORO-BABY SMART is a multifunctional infrared thermometer designed for rapid temperature measurement in children and adults. It allows non-contact measurement on the forehead, measurement in the ear and checking the temperature of objects and liquids.

The advanced infrared sensor reads the heat energy emitted by the skin surface or eardrum. The result appears on the screen in less than 1 second.

The temperature measurement on the forehead is performed from a distance of 0 to 3 cm, so you can check the temperature of the sleeping child without unnecessary waking up.

Measurement guidelines

Before measuring, the user and thermometer should be in the same room for about 30 minutes. The forehead should be clean, dry and exposed. Between consecutive measurements, at least 10 seconds of interruption should be maintained.

When measuring in the ear, remove the probe cover and gently place the tip at the entrance to the ear canal. It should not be forced. To maintain comparability of results, it is recommended to take further measurements always in the same ear.

The thermometer should be cleaned after each use according to the instruction manual. The device is not intended for measurements in newborns or for long-term temperature monitoring.
