CONCRETE BCAA is an ideal product for use in the peri-training period. BCAA amino acids can be a source of energy for hard-working muscles and are a blockage for tryptophan activity in the brain. As a result of long training, the physiological concentration of exogenous amino acids decreases, and tryptophan overcomes the blood-brain barrier, causing a feeling of fatigue and lethargy. BCAA supplementation delays this process.

INSTANT VERSION provides excellent solubility, and citrus, natual aromas perfectly reflect the taste of sour citrus. The flavored version of the product uses steviol glycosides and erythritol, instead of synthetic sweeteners.

Recommended daily dose

• Dissolve 10g of powder in 200 - 250 ml of water. Drink before or during training. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
