MASS XXL by TREC is a gainer based on two sources of simple carbohydrates and whey protein. This product is especially recommended for people who want to gain muscle mass and increase energy reserves during long-term workouts.

The carbohydrates contained in the product come from maltodextrin and dextrose, which are easily absorbed by the body and differ slightly in digestion time combining the features of a fast and long-lasting source of energy. Maltodextrin is a mixture of poly- and oligosaccharides, obtained by partial hydrolysis of starch and is quickly absorbed by the body. Dextrose is a simple carbohydrate with a high glycemic index, which, like maltodextrose, gives an immediate boost of energy. The high glycemic index makes the pancreas stimulated to produce insulin supporting the transport of nutrients (including creatine) and renewing glycogen stores in the muscles.

Dosage:
