Whey 100 contains high-quality whey protein concentrate (WPC), which is a source of wholesome animal proteins. It provides all the essential amino acids, including naturally occurring BCAA and L-glutamic acid.

The conditioner is characterized by very good solubility and rapid absorption, thanks to which it works great after training and during the day as a supplement to the diet in protein. The proteins contained in it contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, as well as support the maintenance of healthy bones.

Protein is the basic nutrient necessary for the proper functioning of the body. It provides amino acids needed for the regeneration and restoration of muscle tissues. Incorporating the right amount of protein into your daily diet supports strength development, body shaping and efficient regeneration after exercise.

How to use:

• Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (1 sachet) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.
• On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.
• On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
