The protein component of the preparation is a mixture of whey protein concentrate, casein and wheat protein, which together provide the body with a full set of exogenous and endogenous amino acids in optimal composition and proportions. The individual protein components of the preparation complement each other, thus creating a product with a very high biological value of BV = 125 and a long absorption time. The mixture of animal protein with vegetable protein ensures effective muscle growth with minimal fat gain and an increase in blood cholesterol levels. Whey protein concentrate contained in the preparation is characterized by a very high nutritional value and anabolic and immunostimulating activity. Thanks to the high content of glutamine and BCAA HI TEC PROTEIN improves the nitrogen balance of the body and has a strong anti-catabolic effect. METHOD OF USE:

Dissolve a single serving (30 grams) of powder in 250 ml of water.

Suggested number of servings per package:

• 1000g = 33 servings
• 2250g = 75 servings

Suggestions for use:

Training days : in the morning after waking up, one hour before training (can be used as a separate meal before training), approx. 30 minutes after training along with carbohydrates with a high glycemic index, before bedtime.

Non-training days : three times a day (morning, during the day, before bedtime)

The product can be mixed with skimmed milk* (this way the prepared shake will be much tastier).

* When using milk, we must remember that milk also has its own nutrients that affect both the time of absorption and the composition of our shake.
