The formula based almost exclusively on whey protein concentration ensures high quality and natural source of protein. Thanks to this, it provides solid support in the process of regeneration and building muscle mass, without unnecessary additives or fillers.

BCAA and L-Glutamine – naturally present amino acids

Whey protein concentrate provides essential amino acids such as leucine, isoleucine and valine, i.e. BCAA, as well as L-glutamic acid. They play a key role in the process of rebuilding muscle fibers and maintaining metabolic balance. Their presence is a natural feature of the raw material, which makes the product a valuable and authentic choice.

How to use:

• Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (1,5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.
• On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.
• On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
