What is R2G Casein? : R2G Casein is a high-protein supplement containing only micellar casein. It is a protein naturally found in dairy and curdled milk, of which it is the largest protein part. It is distinguished by well-preserved micelles, which are the basis of its structural structure. The component used in its manufacture comes exclusively from reliable and trusted suppliers.

Features: R2G Casein when mixed with water takes the form of a thick pudding with a sensational taste. After ingestion, it forms a kind of gel in the stomach. It is characterized by slow absorption (up to several hours) and gradual release of amino acids. Thanks to this, the body has a long-term anabolic state and the feeling of hunger is reduced. Micellar casein is much better tolerated and digested than regular calcium caseinate and contains more essential amino acids (EAA) and L-glutamine.
