1. What is MASS XXL?

MASS XXL is a complex of long-chain carbohydrates and the highest quality whey proteins. It is a product designed to support the body in all sports, especially for athletes who want to achieve rapid weight gain and increase energy reserves during intense workouts.

2. What is the composition of MASS XXL?

MASS XXL was developed on the basis of high quality 80% whey protein concentrate and properly selected mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides. Whey protein used for the production of MASS XXL is characterized by the highest biological value, maximum concentration of BCAA amino acids and glutamine (substances determining the achievement of an anabolic effect). Properly selected proportions of carbohydrates with different glycogenic index ensure an even supply of the necessary calories. The preparation has been additionally enriched with vitamins necessary for the proper transformation of proteins and carbohydrates in the body.

3. What can we expect with MASS XXL?

Dosage

Usage: The recommended daily dose is about 150g - 280g.

The preparation should be used preferably in divided doses 3 - 4 times a day 50g - 70g of the preparation. A single serving should be thoroughly mixed with 250 ml of milk or water using a shaker or mixer (one tablespoon is about 15g of the preparation).

• On training days: One serving is recommended 1,5 hours before training, the second up to 0,5 hours after training. The remaining portions are best consumed between meals.

On non-training days:
