Protein Breakfast is an ideal protein for breakfast, which has an optimal ratio of proteins (21,9 g) and carbohydrates with the addition of magnesium from the guarana plant. In this breakfast protein, whey protein concentrate (WPC), which is a source of proteins of the highest biological value, is rich in branched chain amino acids (BCAAs). The source of carbohydrates in the product are rice and oat flakes with simple and complex sugars. The product is suitable for anyone who wants to increase muscle mass and strength or condition of the organism.

Ingredients

Dosage
100 g (4 doses) dissolve in 200 ml of water and skimmed milk, preferably in a shaker. Use as an alternative to breakfast.
