Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate (from Milk), Milk protein concentrate (from Milk), Buttermilk powder (from Milk).

Recommended daily dose: 1 serving – 30g (about 1.5 scoops) dissolved in 200ml of milk or water and drunk immediately after mixing. Consume 2 to 3 times a day depending on your needs. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product.
