Dissolve one portion (30 g) in about 200 ml of water or lean milk. Depending on the demand, take 2 to 3 servings a day. Training days: take the first portion immediately after waking up. The second maximum up to 1,5 after the training. The last one, just before going to bed. Non-training days: take the first portion immediately after waking up. The second between meals and the third just before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product must not be used by people who are allergic to any of its ingredients. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in tightly closed packages.
