CASEIN 100. Dietary supplement. It contains a sweetener. SLOW-ABSORBING PROTEINS FROM MICELLAR CASEIN. CASEIN 100 is a high protein supplement. It contains micellar casein, which is a standard source of wholesome proteins with a favorable, prolonged absorption time. CASEIN 100 supplements the diet with proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

WAY OF USE

• Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day. On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.
• On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime.
• Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
