The product is an additional source of protein, especially for athletes. To prepare 1 serving, mix 45 g of the product with 300-400 ml of still water or milk. Mix the portion thoroughly with a shaker. Use 1-3 servings per day depending on your needs.

Store in a dry and darkened place, in a closed container, at a temperature of 4°C to 25°C. This means that it is too humid in the fridge, too much sun on the windowsill, and too cold in the freezer – but it will be just right in the cabinet.
