Whey protein concentrate contained in the preparation is characterized by a very high nutritional value and anabolic and immunostimulating activity. Thanks to the high content of glutamine and BCAA HI TEC PROTEIN improves the nitrogen balance of the body and has a strong anti-catabolic effect. Dissolve a single serving (30 grams) of powder in 250 ml of water.

Suggested number of servings per package:

• 2250g = 75 servings

Suggestions for use:

Training days : in the morning after waking up, one hour before training (can be used as a separate meal before training), approx. 30 minutes after training along with carbohydrates with a high glycemic index, before bedtime.

Non-training days : three times a day (morning, during the day, before bedtime)

The product can be mixed with skimmed milk* (this way the prepared shake will be much tastier).
