GREAT WHEY High Protein is a high-protein supplement that contains whey protein concentrate (WPC) and whey protein isolate (WPI). These proteins have all the necessary amino acids needed for proper regeneration and muscle building, at the same time they are characterized by low fat and carbohydrate content. High biological value (BV 159 for WPI) and easy assimilation make Great Whey High Protein a high-performance source of protein especially recommended for physically active people. Protein contributes to the growth of muscle mass and helps maintain healthy bones.

Recommended use:

1 to 3 servings per day. One serving is 30g of product dissolved in 300ml of water or milk. It is best to eat in the morning, in the afternoon between meals and after training.
