How to use:
100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water bring to a boil and cool to a temperature of approx. 50° C. Add 6 tablespoons (25 g) of Holle whole grain porridge. Stir well, leave for a short time to swell. Serve at a temperature of approx. 37°C. Alternatively, you can prepare porridge with 130 ml of breast milk, or 200 ml of full-fat milk or 200 ml of water, or (150-170 ml) of modified cow's or goat's milk Holle.
