This is not another "home hobby" air conditioning product on the market. Cleaning air conditioning with AC8 biocide seriously contributes to the protection of our health. It destroys dangerous for humans viruses, bacteria, fungi, mold, spores and spore forms of bacteria or mycobacteria. The product is tested according to the EN 14476 standard and removes Polio, Adeno, Noro viruses, which in accordance with European standards for chemical disinfectants assumes that destroys all other viruses, including COVID-19.

The NANOCLEAN® AC8 method consists in pressure cleaning and disinfection of evaporators with special nozzles depending on access to evaporators and the construction of the HVAC system of the vehicle. Pull out the pollen filter and allow direct access to the evaporator for the cleaning nozzle. Sometimes, depending on the type of vehicle, this requires the disassembly of additional parts, e.g. a fan, which we also recommend cleaning, sometimes sensors, resistor or inspection hole. The set includes a directional hose with a 360 degree nozzle, which we place in the area of the evaporator, the hose with a nozzle can be freely bent and adjusted to the system channel. Clean and cover the evaporator under pressure with NANOCLEAN® AC8 and leave for 15 minutes for full disinfection of the evaporator. During this time, the fluid should flow under the car through the drain channel and clear the entire system.

NOTE: We always recommend blowing all the vents in the cockpit after removing the pollen filter and before the evaporator cleaning and disinfection process.

DISINFECTION OF AIR CONDITIONING IN VEHICLES:

1. Turn off air conditioning.
2. Remove the pollen filter at the pit or inside the cabin under the cockpit.
3. We recommend blowing with compressed air all grilles and ventilation channels in the cockpit, e.g.: AIR PB SPRAY.
4. Make sure that we have direct access to the evaporator in the car. Sometimes it is required to disassemble the fan.
5. Pull the nozzle with the hose from the aerosol cap NANOCLEAN AC8 and install in the can. Shake the can hard.
6. Insert the hose with the nozzle into the evaporator channel. Place the can vertically.
7. Dose the preparation for approx. 30 seconds until the aerosol is empty 400ml.
8. Remove the dosing hose and wait 15 minutes for the biocidal action of the preparation and its drainage through the air conditioning drain under the car.
9. Install a new pollen filter.
10. Turn on the air supply on the so-called. open circuit, and fan speed for maximum power.

DISINFECTION OF SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING IN ROOMS:

1. Turn off the air conditioner and open the indoor unit.
2. Filter dismantle, vacuum, rinse under running water (bath, shower).
3. Wash filter spray with NANOCLEAN AC8 aerosol and leave for 15 minutes, rinse with water and dry.
4. Spray the evaporator inside the air conditioner thoroughly with NANOCLEAN AC8 aerosol. Wait 15 minutes. The preparation through the lamellas will flow into the condensate tray, from where it will be discharged to the drain.
5. Install the filter in the air conditioner, close the indoor unit and turn on the air conditioner to complete the process.

SURFACE DISINFECTION:

Apply to the surface with a foaming tip or wipe with a clean wipe that leaves no fibers, maintaining a contact time of up to 15 minutes to ensure bactericidal, fungicidal, yeasticidal, virucidal, sporicidal and mycobacterial efficacy. After using the preparation, surfaces in contact with food intended for consumption should be rinsed with water.
