Tester of the most common car relays. The device will check the proper functioning of the relay, just connect to the car battery (11v-15v).

The Tester will examine pin configuration, closing time, contact opening and contact consistency. The tester will light the green LED if they have all passed the test correctly or the red LED when the result is negative.

Instruction:

1. Connect the power cords to the battery, black crocodile to the negative pole, red crocodile to the positive pole.

2. Make sure that the tester is powered correctly, which will be indicated by the glow of the red LED.

3. Check the relay before connecting to the tester. For relays with 4 feet, select the “4 pin” option on the tester. If the relay has 5 legs, select the "5 pin" option on the tester.

4. Connect the relay to one of the three places provided for testing.

5. Press the "TEST" button.

6. The tester will automatically check the pin configuration of the connected relay. For rare relays or damaged pins, the tester will light up the red LED.

7. The tester will open and close the relay 10 times to test the short circuit and opening time of the contacts and check the correct configuration of the relay pins. If the time is too long, the LED will immediately turn red.

8. After completing the short-circuit and contact opening time test, the tester will assess the consistency of the relay. If the test is successful, the green LED will light up, otherwise the red LED will signal an abnormality.

9. Disconnect the power cords from the car battery and remove the relay from the tester.
