Strength tests: The tests were carried out in conditions close to real ones: static (long-term load), dynamic (vehicle entry simulation) and environmental (corrosion, soft ground)

• Static load test : The ramps withstood a load of 3.2 tons for 24 hours without any deformation of the frame or rungs, confirming the strength reserve exceeding the declared 3 tons.
• Dynamic test : Simulation of multiple entry of a 3.2 tonne vehicle (50 cycles) – zero damage, rungs and stops retained full functionality.
• Stability test on soft ground : The ramps were tested on sand and gravel with a load of 2.5 tons - the angle bracket on the bottom ensured that they did not sink, unlike competing models.

• Because our products are fully manufactured in Poland from high-quality steel, their durability has been confirmed not only by internal testing, but also based on industry standards and independent research on steel materials used in automotive structures. Below we present detailed strength test data based on simulations, standards (such as PN-EN ISO 6892-1 for steel tensile testing) and comparisons with real products with similar specifications (load capacity of 3 tonnes per set). These tests ensure that our ramps withstand loads with a safety margin, minimizing the risk of deformation or failure.
