FAQ

Question 1: Can the maximum charging current be reached?

Answer: To protect the battery, the system automatically detects the battery voltage and selects the most suitable current to charge the battery. When the battery voltage is low (e.g. when the battery voltage of 12 V is less than 11 V), the system automatically charges the battery with maximum current. (3 gears can adjust charging current: high current, fast charging)

Question 2: Is the LiFePO4 battery not fully charged?

Answer: When the battery is fully charged, it has a callback function, which reduces the charging current by about 1 to 2V, which is normal. After a full charge and uninterrupted charging, a small current will be added.

Question 3: Fan noise?

Answer: It is normal for a fan to have wind.

Tips:

(5) If the sulphide material at both ends of the positive and negative electrode of the battery is too high, the sulphide material must first be removed to improve the charging efficiency of the battery. (6) If the voltage of the charged battery is very low, it should be repaired before charging.

(7) Charging batteries with a voltage above 24 V is prohibited with this charger.

(8) This is a battery charger, not an emergency starter.
