After maximum unfolding of the cushions, the lift reaches a height of 430 mm, which provides adequate space for service work, such as wheel replacement, suspension repair or chassis inspections.

✳ Pneumatic mechanism

The lift is equipped with pneumatic valves, which allow easy control of the compressed air supply to the cushions. Thanks to them, the user can easily control the process of lifting and lowering the vehicle.

Valves allow for quick filling of airbags, which translates into dynamic lifting of the car. At the same time, they allow gradual release of air, thanks to which leaving the vehicle is smooth and safe.

The lift can be easily connected to a compressor with a maximum pressure of up to 10 Bar, which ensures wide compatibility with most workshop compressors.

• Green valve (power supply) - is responsible for bringing compressed air to the cushions, thanks to which the lift lifts the vehicle.
• Red (drain) valve - allows air to be released from the cushions, which causes the lift to leave.
• Safety valve - protects the device from too high pressure.

The lift is equipped with a wide cushion with a diameter of 270 mm, which provides a large contact area with the vehicle chassis. Thanks to this, the lifting is more stable and the pressure is distributed evenly, which increases safety during operation.

The large diameter of the cushion minimizes the risk of the lift shifting and improves control when lifting the vehicle. Additionally, the rubber surface protects the chassis components from damage and prevents the support point from slipping.
