The PK-50 channel lift is designed for partially lifting vehicles and removing transmissions in a workshop pit. It's ideal for inspection and repair work.

Each lift features stepless adjustment for precise fitting to your specific channel. The cylinder can be installed flush with the floor (lowered position) or raised about 50 mm above the floor (standard position, for typical channel edges). The installation height can be easily changed by the user by removing 4 M16 nuts, flipping the small carriage, and re-tightening the nuts (see photos). Axle brackets (in 4 corners) extend about 10 - 20 mm above the floor. Each cylinder is tested on a press for power, pressure holding, and leaks.

The lift is painted red or blue (the cylinder is black). If no color is specified, the lift will be sent in a random color. Vehicle Inspection Stations are among the primary users of these lifts.

Channel Dimensions (exact measurements):

• L1 - Width at the edge (channel cover)

• L - Width below the edge (between walls)

• S - Inner width of the angle iron (where the lift travels)

• H - Inner height of the angle iron

• Color: Red or Blue.

If your channel edge is different from angle iron, please inform us so we can select the correct rollers and adjust them for the lift's travel path (a sketch of your channel may be required).
