Prekė: Automobilinis keitiklis Polion 1500W, 24V/230V, grynos sinusoidės. Kategorija: Įtampos keitikliai.

  • Gamintojas: Polion

The original POLION product is uncompromising quality, safety and reliability. The highest quality components and a modern production line allow you to get the final product that meets the expectations of the most demanding user.

The car inverter is a device that converts constant current with a voltage of 24V into alternating current with a voltage of 230V which is a standard throughout the European Union and most countries in the world. Designed for use in passenger cars, motorhomes and other places where there is no access to the electrical network.

⭐ Purpose:

✅ Powering devices in a wide range of power consumption such as: laptops, chargers (e.g. for phones, drones, power tools), TVs, monitors, power tools, small household appliances, etc.

✅ Compatible with all electrical and electronic equipment due to pure sinusoidal output waveform.

The converter easily supports angle grinder or drill power tools.

The shape of the output waveform - pure sine wave.

The shape of the output waveform of the converters is either pure sine wave or modified. The choice of type of converter depends on the devices it is supposed to power.

Pure sine wave is the same as in the power grid. Thus, it will be correct to work with all devices, even those very sensitive to the shape of voltage, or having AC motors.

Modified sine wave is a cheaper and simpler solution. It allows for the correct operation of most electronic devices. However, it will be not recommended or harmful to cooperate with devices with alternating current electric motors, such as fridges with aggregate, power tools. It is true that you can connect such tools, they will work, but it is harmful to them. There are also other devices that are very sensitive to the shape of voltage, but they are rare.

All our inverters are safe for equipment and produce pure sine wave.

✅ Full protection of connected devices

The intelligent control system and fan ensuring proper cooling are responsible for the proper operation of the equipment and safety. The fan is controlled automatically depending on the temperature of the components. The converter is equipped with a number of specially designed protections guaranteeing full protection of connected m.in devices:

UVP - protection against too low supply voltage,

OVP - protection against too high supply voltage,

OTP - protection against overheating,

SCP - short-circuit protection,

OPP - overload protection;

✅ Thoughtful design

The device is designed for convenient use regardless of where you are. The converter housing is made of high-quality aluminum, which is lightweight, durable and dissipates heat well.

The front of the converter has a type E power socket, used by m.in. in Poland and one USB-A connector for charging 5V/3,1A, one USB-C connector with a power of 30W and a communication port for the remote control. On the front there is also a screen, which indicates information such as: battery status, input/output voltage, power, voltage frequency or error information. In the back of the converter there is a fan ensuring proper cooling and connectors plus and minus, under which the battery is connected.

The set includes:

  • Inverter
  • Remote control
  • Cables for connection to the battery
  • Grounding cable
  • Remote control cable
  • User manual in Polish

General comments on converters.

The supply voltage value of most converters is 12V, which is very popular and convenient. However, this has its downsides resulting from pure physics, which you should be aware of when using.

  • The current on the 12V side can reach very high values. E.g. The nominal current for the 1000W converter is ~90A.

Large currents require the use of large cross-sectional power cords for two reasons:

  • The first, of course, is the heating of the wires. This will not lead to the cable burning out, but without a problem, e.g. to melt insulation and the risk of fire of adjacent materials.
  • The second is the voltage drop, which is very important for 12V installations. Using too thin cable without a problem can cause a situation that there will be a voltage of 12V on the battery, but with a loaded converter on the cable will fall, e.g. 2V, which will cause the converter to turn off due to too low supply voltage. Therefore, the length and cross-section of power cords is very important.

When choosing the power of the converter, remember:

  • The converter should not work continuously at its full power, so it should be selected so that the rated power of the connected devices is no more than ~80% of the power of the converter.
  • Some devices draw significantly more power when switched on for a short time. For example, all have an engine. Then the power of the converter should be significantly higher to meet the momentary significant overload. The additional power supply is very dependent on the specific type of connected device and it is difficult to give an exact dependence here.

Security of DC power supply circuit:

  • Virtually all inverters have DC track fuses. They are built inside, soldered to eliminate contact parts (due to high currents).
  • Internal fuses should never burn out during normal operation. They protect the system mainly in the event of damage to the device.
  • When connecting the converter, we recommend using external fuses on the DC line. We have them on offer, they should be available for purchase at the top of the offer. They should be mounted close to the power source, i.e. the battery. They then protect the installation against e.g. accidental short circuit formed somewhere on the power line running to the converter, such as: abrasion of the cable to the mass, or accidental short circuit near the DC terminals of the converter.
