USB charger with 2 ports (one in Quick Charge QC3.0 standard, the other in USB-C+PD standard) along with a digital display voltage meter in orange. It is equipped with a rubber socket cover to protect against splashes.
The built-in meter is designed to measure constant voltages up to 24V max, e.g. for measuring the voltage of installations in a car, motorcycle, etc. It is designed for direct measurement so it does not require any additional elements.
