FAQ

Q: Why are there sparks when charging the car battery by touch? Charging clamp?

A: This type of charger has an output before connecting the terminal to the battery terminal. Connecting it to the battery terminal generates a load current that can cause sparking. The intensity of the spark depends on the current. To avoid sparking, you can first connect the battery terminal (making sure that no connections have been swapped), and then connect the AC power supply.
