KD1905 is a network rectifier for charging lead-acid batteries used in passenger cars, vans and working machines. It supports 12V and 24V systems with a charging current of up to 10A, allowing you to charge batteries with a capacity of 20 Ah to 60 Ah. The device works directly from the 230 V network and does not require additional equipment – a complete set with terminals and spare fuses is included in the box.

Characteristics of the device

Double fuse protection

The device is equipped with a 10 A plate fuse and a fuse. Two-stage protection reduces the risk of damage to the rectifier and battery in the event of a short circuit or circuit overload. The set includes two spare fuses of each type.

Analog ammeter

The built-in ammeter allows you to read the charging current on an ongoing basis without having to connect external instruments. An increase in the near-zero indication signals the battery charge and allows you to assess the progress of the charging process.

Support 12V and 24V systems

Switching between 12 V voltages (typical for passenger cars) and 24 V voltages (trucks, construction and agricultural machinery) extends the range of applications of the device. Before connecting, make sure that the selected voltage corresponds to the nominal voltage of the battery.

Transport handle and compact housing

The built-in handle makes it easy to move the device weighing 4,5 kg between workstations. The simple, compact design of the housing reduces the risk of mechanical damage during storage in the workshop or garage.

How to choose a rectifier for the battery

The battery capacity (Ah) is indicated on the label or in the vehicle documentation. The KD1905 supports batteries in the range of 20 to 60 Ah – typical for A-D passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Batteries with a capacity greater than 60 Ah (e.g. In SUVs with large diesel engines or trucks with one 24 V battery above 60 Ah), they require a rectifier with a higher charging current or a greater capacity range. The operating voltage of the vehicle electrical system (12 V or 24 V) must be verified before connecting and set the appropriate mode on the rectifier.
