The BMW Advanced Car Eye 2.0 is a highly sensitive Full HD camera that captures events before and after the vehicle – even at night and after parking the car. Thanks to intelligent radar technology (proximity sensor) and G sensor (vibration sensor) outside the vehicle, interference and extraordinary movement can be detected and distinguished from normal movement. The camera automatically records the situation to document possible accidents or (attempted) burglaries. The BMW Advanced Car Eye 2.0 is used both during everyday driving or travel as well as in parking mode to record damage or theft. Photosensitive sensors ensure optimal recordings day and night.
