"Buck Line" is a wire with a buck converter, i.e.:

Adapter 12/24 V → 5 V DC

Allows you to power the DVR camera from your car installation (e.g. through the fuse box)

Maintains power even when the engine is off (e.g. for parking monitoring mode)

Leads (colors and meaning):
