Before proper brewing begins, MOVA Virtuoso 10 Pro uses a pre-infusion process, i.e. gently moistening the ground coffee with low-pressure water. Thanks to this, trapped carbon dioxide is released, and water evenly penetrates the entire coffee puck. This stage allows you to bring out the full aroma and get a smoother, more balanced taste of the drink – with less bitterness and a pleasantly velvety finish. The device allows you to master the brewing process, maintaining the ideal temperature and extraction time. Thanks to this, each cup of coffee maintains a perfect balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness. The right ratio of water to coffee, maintained in the range of 1:2-2,25 (i.e. 30-45 ml of water per serving), allows you to get the so-called. “golden extraction time”, in which the infusion reaches perfect depth of taste and velvety consistency.

The colorful, intuitive touch screen allows you to easily choose a drink, adjust the degree of grinding of grains, temperature or aroma power. Thanks to the LatteCraft function, the machine automatically prepares silky, dense milk foam – without the need for manual control of the steam nozzle. All this to make each cup exactly how you like it – aromatic, creamy and perfectly balanced.
Hygiene and freshness after each use
The advanced system uses hot water to thoroughly clean water lines, coffee track, and milk tube, effectively removing beverage residue and sediment. The modular design of the brewing unit allows you to easily remove its components and rinse them under running water.
