JURA ENA 8 offers a menu that includes the most popular coffee drinks on a daily basis. Among the 15 specialties there are classic espresso, coffee, Barista coffee, espresso doppio and cortado, as well as popular milk drinks: cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato.

For selected dairy specialties, Extra Shot variants are available, which strengthen the coffee character of the drink without sacrificing the delicacy of milk and foam. The menu is complemented by a portion of milk foam and hot water, thanks to which the coffee maker works not only with coffee, but also with the daily preparation of infusions.

♦ 2,8" color touch screen and fast navigation

The 2,8" color touch screen provides clear selection of drinks and convenient passage through settings. The Express guides the user step by step, so that the operation remains simple even when personalizing selected parameters.

You can adjust, among other things, the intensity of coffee, brewing temperature, the amount of water and the amount of milk and foam. This allows you to prepare the drink according to your preferences, maintaining a repeatable effect with subsequent cups.

♦ P.E.P. – more intense espresso and fuller aroma

The P.E.P. technology, or Pulsation Extraction Process, has been developed for short specialties such as espresso. Water flows through the ground coffee in short pulses, which supports the optimal extraction time and allows for better extraction of the aroma.

The result is an espresso with a more concentrated character, a clearer flavor profile and a better structure in the cup. This is especially important in a compact machine, which is supposed to deliver JURA quality with limited dimensions.
