PetSafe Drinkwell Pet Fountain is a fountain for cat and dog, that will help you ensure proper hydration of your pet. It provides your pet with access to fresh, filtered water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The free-falling stream of fresh water encourages cats and dogs to drink more water, which helps prevent urinary tract infections and kidney disease.
The fountain has regulation of jet strength, so you can gradually tame your pet with a new form of water administration or adjust the volume of the trickle to your pet's preferences. At any time, you can also completely close the circulation, allowing your dog or cat to drink like from a traditional bowl. Under the spout there is a sloping ramp - a special elevation, after which water flows into the bowl. This solution does not allow a rapid collision of the water stream with the surface, and thus, prevents splashing around the fountain. The drinker has two interchangeable filters - foam and carbon, which remove unpleasant tastes and odors and catch possible contaminants, such as: hair. The water pump is located right at the bottom, below the water level, which translates into quiet operation of the drinker. The stable design prevents the fountain from being tilted by the animal, even during greedy drinking. The drinker can be easily disassembled for cleaning, and all parts except the pump are dishwasher safe. The device is powered by electricity (wire to mains outlet included). The PetSafe Drinkwell for Dogs and Cats is available in three capacities: 1,8L, 3,7L and 7,5L.

Attention:
To maintain the proper performance of the fountain for as long as possible, you should regularly clean the water pump and replace the filters. Recommended pump cleaning frequency: every two weeks. Recommended carbon filter replacement frequency: every 2-4 weeks; foam: every 1-2 months.
