In the E6 Dark Inox (EC) model, we do not accidentally go into an extensive menu, but into a repertoire that is of real importance in everyday use. We offer 11 specialties, including Espresso, 2 × Espresso, Coffee, 2 × Coffee, Caffè Barista, Lungo Barista, Espresso macchiato, Cappuccino, Cappuccino Extra Shot, a portion of milk foam and hot water. This arrangement gives a very good balance between classic black coffee and convenient milk drinks, without distracting the user with dozens of items, many of which would remain unused anyway.

In this version, we focus on the color display 2,8 inches and six ergonomically placed buttons, which allow you to comfortably go through the entire process of operation: from quick preparation of the drink, to settings of individual preferences and cleaning functions. This solution has a very clear sense of use - the operation remains intuitive, clear and orderly, and at the same time does not take away the possibility of personalizing the most important parameters.

At E6 Dark Inox (EC), we use the Professional Aroma Grinder, whose refined geometry ensures a more uniform milling quality and maintains this repeatability throughout its lifespan. This allows us to make better use of the potential of the grains, and the aroma extraction itself becomes more effective. Official materials also indicate a increase in aroma intensity by 12,2% compared to traditional grinders, which shows well that this is not only a technical detail, but an element that has a real impact on the taste in a cup.

In this design, we give you the opportunity to refine the drink to your preferences. There is adjustable coffee power in 10 levels, 3 levels of brewing temperature, 3 levels of hot water temperature, as well as adjustment of the degree of grinding of beans using the grinder knob. This is complemented by an adjustable brewing unit of 5 to 16 g, so we can work on both the intensity and the nature of the extraction in a more conscious way.

In the E6 Dark Inox (EC) model, we use the Pulsation Extraction Process P.E.P.®, which optimizes extraction time, especially for shorter specialties such as espresso. The presence of 3D brewing technology, intelligent preheating and Intelligent Pre-Brew Aroma System, together, builds a more refined and stable coffee preparation process. In practice, this means greater repeatability, better aroma development and more orderly operation of the device from the first to the last cup.

In this version, we strongly emphasize the quality of cappuccino. The Easy Cappuccino function is designed to make the preparation of the drink comfortable at the touch of a button, and the specially developed milk nozzle provides an extremely soft and delicate milk foam. An additional advantage is Cappuccino Extra Shot, which is a variant for people who expect a more expressive coffee accent also in a milk drink. These are solutions that particularly well show the nature of this model: we do not go into an overly wide menu, but into refining what is really used most often.

The E6 Dark Inox (EC) model allows you to prepare 2x Espresso and 2x Coffee, which significantly increases the comfort of everyday use. This solution works particularly well in the morning, with coffee together or when we want to prepare two drinks one by one without unnecessarily extending the whole process. Additionally, the coffee maker offers coffee spout height adjustment from 65 to 111 mm, making it easy to adjust the setting to different cups and keep serving more convenient. This is a functionality that is not an addition “for show”, but a real facilitation in everyday use of the machine.

In the daily rhythm, the working capacity of the device is appreciated very quickly. In E6 we give a water tank 1,9 l, a container for grains 280 g and a container for grounds holding up to 16 servings. Such a set makes the machine well suited both in calm, individual use, and when in a shorter time we prepare several drinks in a row. This is one of those elements that are not the most effective on paper, but very clearly build comfort on a daily basis.

In the E6 model, we also provide the convenience of control from the J.O.E.® application. This allows us to prepare your favorite specialties using your smartphone, save individual settings and easily send orders directly to the machine. It is worth noting, however, that the connection to the Wi-Fi network requires an optional JURA WiFi Connect module - it is not supplied with the device as standard.

At E6, we also take great care of the convenience of maintenance. We use CLARIS Smart+ filter, support automatic filter detection, integrated rinsing, cleaning and descaling programs, as well as drip tray monitoring. The whole is complemented by the certified TÜV standard, which confirms the high level of hygiene of the device. For the user, this means easier maintenance of the machine in good condition and more orderly operation over a longer distance.
