Moondrop presents an improved version of the acclaimed Lan IEM earbuds: Moondrop Lan 2. The Lan 2 is available in two tuning variants: Lan 2 Reference, with precise tuning in the mid- and high-frequency range that focuses on amplifying spatial sound, and Lan 2 POP with characteristics focused on mid- and low tones and vocals that are perfect for pop music.

The headphones use a next-generation dynamic transducer with an advanced Glass Dome composite membrane. They deliver fantastic sound with a high-performance, two-way magnetic circuit. The Lan 2 features a classic design with an ergonomic shape and a modern metal construction. Stainless steel housings are made in the process of precise molding. They use MIM's advanced powder metallurgy technology, which provides them with a unique finish.

Two tuning options

Moondrop Lan 2 is available in two variants, each with individual tuning options: Moondrop Lan 2 Ref and Moondrop Lan 2 Pop. As you might have guessed, Lan 2 Ref offers reference sound quality with a concentrated mid- and high-frequency range. It is characterized by exceptional detail, clean presentation and enhanced instrument details. Moondrop Lan 2 Pop takes a different approach to tuning; it features a more focused range of mids and lows and vocals, which guarantees strong bass tones and more expressive vocals. Now you can choose the tuning that suits your tastes and listening preferences.

New generation dynamic transducer with glass dome

Both the Lan 2 Ref and Lan 2 Pop are equipped with a brand new dynamic transducer with a glass dome diaphragm. This solid glass dome is only 0,05 mm thick. It is manufactured using a precision mold and specialized glass processing process. The transducer delivers exceptional high-frequency bandwidth extension and true hi-fi resolution, guaranteeing excellent performance with low distortion and a wide dynamic range.

High-performance internal and external dual magnetic circuit

To fully exploit the potential of the new dynamic transducer, the Lan 2 IEM headphones feature a high-performance dual magnetic system, covering both internal and external magnetic transducer circuits. It generates a strong magnetic flux, which translates into high sensitivity of the structure, fast transient parameters and improves the sound in the lower band.

Excellent build quality

Moondrop Lan 2 are characterized by spectacular build quality; the housings are entirely made of high quality stainless steel. They have a sturdy construction and ergonomic shape for comfort. The shells have a smooth, textured surface, thanks to the use of precise MIM metallurgy technology.

Detachable cable with balanced termination

The set includes a high purity oxygen-free copper audio cable. The cable has detachable, two-pin 0,78 mm connectors that allow the user to replace the cable if necessary. The high-purity OFC copper cable ensures smooth transmission of the sound signal without noticeable loss of quality. The cable has a balanced 4,4 mm connector, and the headphones also come with a high-quality adapter from a 4,4 mm to 3,5 mm jack.
