AKG K92 is a new model of headphones from the Austrian manufacturer AKG. Equipped with a 40 mm dynamic transducer, characterized by high efficiency and low impedance, which is to ensure high compatibility with all kinds of studio equipment, such as consoles, mixers and transmitters, new AKG products. It has its own sound characteristics so that they can be selected depending on the needs of the user. Thus, the model from the series, K92 compared to the other two models K52 and K72, has the highest range of reproduced frequencies, reaching up to 22 kHz and thus ensuring the fullest reproduction of the material played, which should be checked when mastering audio material. The headphones have a closed construction, providing great separation from the environment, which is extremely important for professional production and post-production of music materials.

The use by AKG of the headband design known for many years and independently of it adjustable headband, and the light weight of products of 200g should favor hours of listening both in the studio and on the stage. The manufacturer also boasts above-average durability of its latest headphones. According to AKG engineers, the K92 should easily withstand any fall from a height of 2m, and the included cable should survive 80,000 cycles of winding and unwinding.
