Pumps used in PROLINE washers require air to be removed from the suction system before starting work. This is a standard operating procedure that provides:

How to vent the washer before starting work?

1 Connect the water supply to the washer.

2 Before starting the engine, press the trigger of the spray gun.

If you use the self-priming function and draw water from a barrel, rainwater tank or other container, you should additionally pour water into the suction system before the first start.

Instructions for preparing the pump for self-priming

1 Fill the suction hose connected to the washer with water.

2 Secure the end of the hose so that water does not flow out and air does not get into the hose again.

3 Press the trigger of the spray gun.

4 Place the other end of the hose in the water tank.

5 Start the washer.
