Ingredients: 97% SOY protein isolate, aromas, beet juice concentrate, sweetener: sucralose.

Method of use
Dissolve one portion of the product – 30 g (2 scoops) – in 300 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. To obtain the consistency of the dessert, dissolve a portion of 30 g in 200 ml of water or milk.
Use 3 servings per day. On training days: the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second up to 1,5 hours after training, and the third before bedtime. On non-workout days: the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second between meals and the third before bedtime. The recommended daily dose of the product is 90 g.
