A set of four elastic textile tapes is offered by the THORN+fit brand. Each of the tapes has a different degree of resistance: light, medium, hard, extra hard. Made of comfortable fabric for the skin, they do not cause discomfort during exercise or stretching the skin. The tapes are durable and easy to clean.

Superband Textile tapes are perfect for stabilization, strength, activation or functional training exercises. Tapes with a degree of resistance light and medium are ideal for exercises of the muscles of the arms and shoulder girdle, while with greater resistance (hard, extra hard) are recommended for exercises activating the lower parts of the muscles and those requiring significant resistance.

The use of tapes is possible regardless of the place and time - at home or outside. They are light and small, which allows them to be conveniently transported, e.g. for a business trip.

The set also includes a mesh bag for storage.
