It is available in three resistance levels – light (12 kg), medium (17 kg) and strong (22 kg), and each variant is marked with a different color.
The use of resistance bands with different levels of resistance allows you to adjust the intensity of exercises to individual muscle groups. Those with higher resistance are perfect for training stronger muscle groups, while those with lower to strengthen calf muscles and weaker muscle areas, as well as during warm-up.
