RECOVERY SHAKE is a product supplementing protein and carbohydrates during muscle regeneration. It contains protein, which helps maintain muscle mass. The product is enriched with a complex of vitamins, containing vitamins B6, B12, niacin and riboflavin, which contribute to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue. In addition, minerals such as magnesium and potassium help in the proper functioning of muscles.

How to use:

• Dissolve a single portion of the product – 50 g (2 scoops) – in 300 ml of water or milk using a shaker or mixer. Use 1 serving a day, after training.
