Application Backwash filter JUDO EASY FILT-BP with built-in pressure reducer is dedicated for installation in installations with cold water, as well as in all other installations where the temperature of water and the environment does not exceed 30º C. This filter is designed for installation in a drinking water system for filtration and pressure reduction. The maximum permissible pressure at the entrance to the filter should not exceed 10 bar. We also offer other filters, including those with a silver-coated cartridge and without a pressure reducer. They are also available in versions with automatic backwashing that do not require any interference in the filtration process.

Construction and execution

The filter body is made of high-quality plastic, PN 16 with a threaded brass housing.

Stainless steel filter cartridge with a nominal filtration accuracy of 100 microns. It has a large knob for backwashing and cleaning the transparent filter housing. Integrated pressure reducer pre-set to 4 bar (possibility of adjusting the outlet pressure in the range of 1,5-6 bar). Additional cover with a zipper reminding about the date of the next backwash, the top cover is removable. Includes a set of 1" half-screws with gaskets. Mounting flange with patented "Bajonett" connection and the possibility of mounting the filter on a horizontal and vertical pipeline.

Why is it worth filtering water? Small particles in the water mean big problems in installation.
