MQ Pro is a short, well-fitting vest with a front zipper, under which the trapezoid will fit. In a good fit will help the straps on the sides and shoulders. There is a small useful pocket on the inside of the chest (e.g. for keys). Compliant with PNE-EN ISO 12402-05:2007.
