4. Dirty removal: Wipe the surface with a clean and dry microfiber cloth, applying light pressure.

For regular care, the product can be diluted in a 1:1 ratio.

Alcantara should not be overly soaked. With Alcantara Cleaner, you can apply the product directly to the surface - its innovative formula works effectively, yet gently, without causing dryness or discoloration.

❓ Do I need to vacuum the upholstery before cleaning?

Yes – this is a very important step. Dust is the main cause of stains. You should thoroughly vacuum the entire surface, also in hard-to-reach places, to avoid streaks and discoloration after drying.

❓ How long do you have to wait after cleaning before you can use the car?

If you clean the upholstery with fragments and do not exaggerate with the amount of product, the material will not be soaked – so that the car can be used immediately after cleaning.

❓ Do I need to dilute the product before use?

No – the agent is ready for use and does not require dilution. It has been approved by Alcantara® and is safe for all materials with which it comes into contact.

❓ What to do if I have a local stain, e.g. on the seat?

Spray the entire surface of the seat evenly, then brush it with a soft brush, focusing more on the spot of dirt. Finally, wipe the whole thing with clean and dry microfiber.
